Our Rental Site Trailer includes AM/FM Stereo, Refrigerator/Freezer, 30 gal. Fresh water tank, Gas Stove w/Oven, Gas Furnace, Roof A/C, Awning, Slide Out Room, Gas Water heater, Smoke Detector, Carbon Dioxide Detector and LP Leak Detector [NOTE: This unit has to be delivered to the site by Ballantyne... additional charges required based on mileage to your site.].....We do REQUIRE a $500.00 Security Deposit, due at the time of the reservation and MUST be Paid by Credit Card. The Rental Contract must also be paid for by Credit Card in FULL at the time the Rental is picked up.....Note: In the event your reservation has to be canceled, the Deposit will be refunded as follows.
