 Just want to tell you of our great experience in dealing with Ballantyne. First off, Karen our sales person did a great job in helping us to get our new camper. Not pushy, just really helpful in getting us a good deal. Thanks to all you’ve earned our respect.

We are enjoying camping so much that I am sure that it won’t be long before we upgrade to a larger trailer or motor home. You can be sure that when that happens we’ll set off for Ballantyne with our Starcraft camper in tow.

Just want to compliment on the service we received when we purchased our 2003 32' Sunny Brook 5th Wheeler last year. Bob and Eric were great. They both showed sincere interest when they assisted in our purchase of our new camper. The day we picked up our camper Eric had the day off and came in to work to see us before we left with our new camper. To this day, we walk into the store and we are greeted by our first name. What a warm welcome. That's the service you get and it's because of this service from the friendly staff that keeps us coming back. Keep up the GREAT work!!

To Whom It May Concern, We just had to write to let you know what a nice experiance we had purchasing our Sunline travel trailer. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and very polite, from our salesman Jon Cooper, to Bonnie Bleier who handled all the paper work, to the gentleman in the Service Department [sorry, didn't catch his name], to Ben Thompson who was our RV Technician. Ben was thorough and took time explaining all the details of our trailer with us. Another technician, Carl, even came over to help out when we were hooking up to our truck. We were very impressed with the overall attention we received and will highly recommend Ballantyne to our friends. We look forward to many happy camping trips with our new Sunline trailer! Thank You

Dear Mark, The Sunny Scouts would like to thank you for sponsoring a great "Bring a Friend" weekend. All the people from Ballantyne who were involved made it extra special. Karen & Greg who planned and executed the event, Joe who proved invaluable to many of us, and Tom who worked along with his wife to make this a successful campout. Our discussions with Don were also enjoyable and educational. The people worked long and hard to make all of us "Happy Campers". I would like to take a moment to thank the people at Ballantyne, expecially Mike Kahle who helped us with our March of Dimes Week. Our week was a tremendous success, we raised over $2000.00 for the March of Dimes.
