To Whom it May Concern: I am writing this letter to express my extreme gratitude for all that was done for me when my horse trailer broke down on the Thruway. Late Saturday afternoon my horse trailer broke a spring shackle three or four miles from the exit close to your shop. We limped into your shop just before 5PM and were immediately made to feel comfortable. Bonnie Bleier, your office manager, took me into her office and made several calls to find a place i could keep the horse at. She gave me directions on how to get to the farm that we could leave the horse at and then went the extra mile to go to the farm to make sure we made it okay. Monday morning I brought the trailer to your maintenance deprtment and once again treated with repect and genuine caring for my wellbeing. They checked the trailer over and said they were sure they could fix it. I checked back with them just before noon that same day [Monday] and they had the parts and were working on it. I came back to your shop at 1:30 or 2:00 that afternoon and was amazed to see the trailer sitting outside the shop ready to go. THAT was really good service.
